The purpose of TCA is to understand teacher support needs and plan interventions aligned with NPST.
Please refer to the official notification. Participation is strongly recommended because the outcomes help shape state-level teacher support planning.
All teachers of all PM SHRI schools are expected to take this assessment.

The allotted duration is 45 minutes.
Use your mobile number to register/log in to the SAARTHI Teacher app and then open TCA.
Follow the login flow shown in the app. If OTP login is enabled, verify using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

After login, open the Teacher Dashboard, go to Competency Assessment, and start your assigned TCA.
Attempt the assigned TCA (Teacher Competency Assessment) visible in your assessment list.
Yes, you can attempt it at your convenience within the dates mentioned in the official notification once announced.
The assessment auto-submits/expires at the deadline. Responses marked within the allowed time window are considered by the system.
Please stay calm. Once internet connectivity is restored, you can resume from where you left off.
The Offline indicator appears when device internet is unstable. Move to a better network area, reconnect, and then retry submission.
Refresh once, re-login, check internet stability, and ensure the app is updated. If the issue continues, contact support.
Refresh or reopen the app, then continue. If the issue persists, contact support with relevant details.
Reopen the app, log in again if required, and continue from the latest saved progress.
It is recommended to avoid switching apps during the attempt. Stay on the assessment screen for stable progress and submission.
Auto-submission can occur when the time limit is reached or completion conditions are met. Submitted responses are recorded.
You should attempt all questions shown in your assigned TCA. The exact count depends on your assessment assignment.
