These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SAARTHI (Systematic Assessment And Remediation for Teachers' Holistic Improvement), operated by Kolbro Group Private Limited.

- Upload malicious code or attempt to access restricted systems.
- Use SAARTHI in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
- Reverse engineer or copy platform components without authorization.

You retain ownership of data and content submitted to SAARTHI. By submitting data, you grant us permission to process it to provide and improve the service. If you are using SAARTHI on behalf of an institution, you confirm that you have the rights to submit and share that data.
6. Recommendations and Insights
SAARTHI provides analytics and recommendations intended to support professional growth. These outputs are informational and should be evaluated by qualified educators or administrators before decisions are made.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
If your use of SAARTHI is subject to a paid subscription or contract, the applicable order form or agreement controls pricing, billing, and renewal terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
8. Intellectual Property
SAARTHI and its content, software, and branding are owned by Kolbro Group Private Limited or its licensors. Except for rights explicitly granted, no license is provided to use our intellectual property.
9. Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or service availability.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to SAARTHI for violations of these Terms, security risks, or legal compliance requirements. You may discontinue use at any time by contacting your account administrator or our support team.

SAARTHI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except as expressly stated, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kolbro Group Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
